THINGS TO NOTE
* We accept cancellations up to one hour after an order is placed. Once an item is made, we cannot accept cancellations. There are certain exceptions. If the item is not personalized, we may be able to cancel the order as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an item is made AND personalized, we can no longer cancel.
* Returns on items that are NOT personalized are accepted. Refunds on returns will be issued once we have received the item back in its original and unused condition.
