Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are in new/unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If there is a defect or issue with your item, please reach out to us so we can offer a solution, such as a replacement. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be returned to inventory even if it's in unused condition. If there is a defect or an error on our part, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
